 Tripura

(pronounced Treepura)

Yoga asana is for all ages and backgrounds. It is the gentle physical movement of the body which naturally aligns and balances the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as, restores and cleanses the internal organs and glandular system. Because of the creative modifications

to the “Postures”, Yoga asana can be practiced with blissful ease and care to each individual at their own personal level of ability. Yoga asana has proven to be very therapeutic and extensively healing to the body/mind whether you are recovering from surgery or have old injures.

The breathing techniques of yoga (Pranayama) and the meditation techniques (Dhyana), offer a gateway to a much calmer mind, a sense of well being, and freedom from everyday stress. If you are looking for a way to regain your mobility and strength, balance and agility, and

at the same time find new ways to relax and de–stress, let Yoga guide you to a renewed life today… With Yoga your life has just begun!
