Satsang (company of the highest truth) is 30-60 minutes of the recorded teachings of Shri Shankaracharya,

(Tripura's spiritual teacher), and devotional chanting followed by the Blessings of Shaktipat and meditaiton.

Shri Shankaracharya has a unique, playful,

and thought provoking style of teaching

that is applicable in everyday life.

Teresa "Tripura" Lieberman is a Certified, CYT, E-RYT yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance and International Association of Yoga Therapists. Tripura has been practicing yoga for over 18 years and has been teaching for 11 years.
