Basic Hatha - Learn basics of Hatha yoga in detail. Very beginning class working with alignment breath and asanas.

May include variations  of Sun Salutations. 

Yin Yoga is passive, slow-moving with limited contraction of the muscles, therapeutically working bone and joints.

Postures are held for 3-5 minutes.

Gentle Restorative - Beautiful stretching is practiced to soothing music, slow moving and using props. very calming,

nurturing to the soul. Additional focus on breathing techniques.

Vinyasa - Vinyasa means movement of yoga postures with the flow of breath. This class is also refered to as "Flow".

By kicking up the intensity of the holds of the postures, this class is a popular one! Standing, balancing and seated

postures done in a fun and playful sequence. Recommended for experienced yogis.
